Maximize your potential with Dr. Jacqueleen Kolessar's Emotional Intelligence Coaching.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is an important ability that greatly affects our personal growth and relationships. EQ includes the accurate perception and expression of emotions and the ability to access and generate feelings that facilitate our thought process and shape our self-talk and beliefs about ourselves.
Additionally, EQ enables us to understand and empathize with others' emotional states and intelligence and regulate our emotions to promote personal and interpersonal growth.
By developing and honing EQ, we can improve our communication skills, cultivate better relationships, and foster an environment of emotional well-being and personal development.
Dr. John Mayer and Dr. Peter Salovey first introduced the concept of Emotional Intelligence to the world in 1990, which has since become an important aspect of personal growth and development.
The Mayer, Salovey, Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) is a highly reliable measure of emotional intelligence developed by a team of esteemed researchers, including Dr. John Mayer from New Hampshire University and Dr. Peter Salovey and Dr. David Caruso from Yale University.
The MSCEIT is the most effective instrument available for measuring emotional intelligence abilities, with unparalleled construct validity and reliability.
